Would you like to feel more confident knowing when and how to safely incorporate pregnant and/or post natal women in your yoga classes?As a yoga teacher you have a responsibility to understand the changes that are taking place during pregnancy and postnatally so that you can teach safely and effectievely.
This one day workshop will help you to:
- Teach your pregnant students with confidence and advise them on specific modifications to their practice
- Understand the hormonal and bodily changes that impact yoga practice for pre and post natal students
- Know how to assess whether a student can join your open class and identify when it is best for them not to
- Discuss common problems that occur and how yoga can help
Tara Lee has been practicing yoga for almost 25 years and has taught thousands of pregnant women over the last 15 years, guiding them through their pregnancies and births.Tara has released 10 yoga DVDs which have sold over 150,000 copies and her Pregnancy Yoga DVD is a bestseller on Amazon.
