Clare Daniell is a student of yoga and a teacher of teachers. Discovering yoga in her teens, she trained to teach in her 20s, while working as an interior designer. Teaching biology and physiology to teachers, Clare learned about the value of understanding what lies beneath the skin, and the care and attention it can bring to personal practice. Clare weaves natural movement and embryological development philosophy into a practice that is grounded in the principles of Ayurveda, Tantra and Hatha yoga. She teaches a practice that balances strength with ease with the ultimate goal of facilitating meditation. Clare has worked alongside Tara for the last 5 years, co-writing and producing DVDs and trainings. Clare’s teaching has been enhanced and developed by a wonderful journey teaching pregnancy yoga since 2011 and becoming a mother in 2016. http://www.yogiclare.com
